Sense of Humor offers an engraving service only to customers who have purchased a lip leather case at our stores (Minami Aoyama Store, official online store, Rakuten Ichiba Store).

• Engraving is free of charge.
• Alphabets (one above and one below) can be engraved.
• Engraved products: Lip leather cases only
• We offer two methods of engraving: in-store and by mail.

【In-store service】

Purchase a lip leather case at the Minami Aoyama store and request engraving at the time of purchase.
Or
Bring the Lip Leather Case purchased at the online store (official store or Rakuten) directly to the store*.

(*Please present the order number issued by each store. If you purchased the case at a store, please bring the receipt issued by the store.)

Engraving takes about 30-50 minutes.
It is also possible to pick up the item at the store and deliver it at a later date.
Please allow plenty of time for your visit, as we may not be able to respond immediately depending on how busy the shop is.

• Please note that gift wrapping is not available for this service. Please understand this beforehand.
• Engraving cannot be requested at the same time as an online store purchase.
• If you wish to have your item engraved by mail, please contact us once you have made your purchase at the online store or in-store.
