Due to the recent surge in raw material costs, logistics expenses, exchange rates, and various other expenditures including import fees, we regret to inform you that we will be revising our prices starting April 1, 2025 (Tuesday).
(For subscription services, the price revision will take effect from May 13 19, 2025 (Monday)).
We have made every effort to maintain quality and prices, but our manufacturing partners are also facing increased costs, making cost reduction difficult. Therefore, we have determined that it is no longer possible to continue stable supply at current prices, and that the increase in costs is beyond what we can absorb through our own efforts.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. We hope for your understanding that this price revision is necessary to continue delivering the highest quality products without compromising on quality, including the natural fragrances that are our lifeline, and naturally derived ingredients carefully selected to be safe for both people and the environment.
On the other hand, for subscription services, we will continue to offer the same discount rate, as we hope you will continue to use our products daily.
