Regarding the renewal of the membership system

In light of recent changes in market and business conditions, we will be renewing our existing membership system starting March 12, 2025.
The changes and terminations will be implemented as follows:

Renewal Details
●Termination of "Silver" Rank
The "Silver" rank will be terminated.
Customers who are Silver rank before the change from March 1st to March 12th will remain Silver rank throughout March even after the change on March 12th, but the point accrual rate will change to 1% from March 12th to March 31st.
Then, on April 1st, the Silver rank will be terminated, and ranks will be calculated as usual, becoming either White, Gold, Platinum, or Black.
*Ranks are calculated based on the total purchase amount over the past 12 months on the first day of each month.
●Change in "Point Accrual Rate"
The point accrual rate for each rank will be changed.
Example:
Orders placed before the change on March 12th: Points will be awarded at the old accrual rate.
Orders placed after the change on March 12th: Points will be awarded at the new accrual rate.
*Points will be awarded 14 days after shipment is completed.
●Change in "Point Calculation Method"
The point calculation method will change as follows:
・1 point will be awarded for every 200 yen of the purchase amount. (Common to all ranks)
・For Gold rank and above, a variable bonus will be awarded for each rank.
(Gold: +1%, Platinum: +2%, Black: +3.5%)
Example: For Gold rank with a purchase amount of 5,000 yen
25 points + bonus of 50 points
= 75 points awarded
*The "subtotal (tax included)" of the purchase amount will be subject to point calculation. Shipping costs (tax included) are not included.
*Any value less than 1 point after calculation will be rounded down.
*No points will be awarded for purchases under 200 yen.
