Basically, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the delivered product is defective.

- Products that have been discounted, are the subject of a campaign, are on sale, or are limited edition items.

- If you have paid cash on delivery (COD), we will refund the money to your bank account. (Refunds to the post office are not accepted.)
