Regarding the renewal of our membership and subscription system

Thank you for your continued patronage.
In light of recent changes in market and business conditions, we will be renewing our existing membership system and subscription system starting October 1, 2024.
We have reviewed the content to allow more customers to enjoy shopping at great value,
and will be implementing new additions, changes, and terminations as follows. We appreciate your understanding.

＜About the Membership System＞
● New "White" Rank Established
We will establish a new membership rank called "White".
Members will be classified as White members from 0 yen cumulative purchase, so you can receive special benefits just by registering as a member.
● Changes to Rank Up Criteria
The calculation method for "cumulative purchase amount," which is the criterion for ranking up, and
the amount of "cumulative purchase amount" will be changed.
Ranks will be calculated based on the purchase amount over the past 12 months, with the 1st of each month as the reference date,
and that rank will be maintained until the end of the current month.
*On the 1st of each month, ranks will be calculated by looking back 12 months, so if the cumulative purchase amount does not meet the criteria by the current month, your rank may be downgraded from the previous month.
Example:
If you register as a member on January 1st and purchase 50,000 yen, you will become a Gold member on February 1st.
If there are no further purchases until December 31st, you will become a White member on January 1st of the following year.
● Changes to "Point Grant Rate"
The point grant rate for each rank will be changed.
※Points will be granted 14 days after shipment completion.
Orders placed from mid-September 2024 onwards will be subject to the new point grant rate.
Example:
If an order is placed on Sept 12 and shipped on Sept 13, points will be granted on Sept 27 at the traditional grant rate.
If an order is placed on Sept 17 and shipped on Sept 18, points will be granted on Oct 2 at the new grant rate.
● Termination of "Point Grant during Point-Up Campaign"
The provision of these points will be terminated.
The "member-exclusive sale" benefit, which allows you to enjoy outlet sales, secret sales, etc., will continue to be available.
＜About the Subscription System＞
● New "Special Coupon Present" for Subscription Continuers
We will be establishing a new "Special Coupon Present" that allows you to receive benefits based on the number of times you continue your subscription.
For the 3rd continuation, a 30% OFF coupon; for the 6th, a 30% OFF coupon; and for the 10th, a 50% OFF coupon will be sent via email after product shipment.
*Important Notes
To receive this coupon, you must register for our newsletter in advance.
Please register for the newsletter here using the same email address used for your subscription contract. Please note that if you are not registered, you will not be able to receive this coupon.
Example:
If you have continued for 2 times as of September 1, 2024, and for 3 times as of October 1, 2024, and have registered for the newsletter in advance, you will receive a 30% OFF coupon for the 3rd time via email after product shipment.
Example:
After receiving the 30% OFF coupon for the 3rd continuation, if you cancel your subscription and then
contract for a different subscription and continue for 3 times, you will again receive a 30% OFF coupon for the 3rd time via email after product shipment.
● Termination of Subscription Benefits
The subscription benefits of "50% OFF for first purchase" and "Black member upon subscription contract" will be terminated.
Going forward, subscriptions will be available at a uniform 15% OFF for both first and subsequent purchases, and membership ranks will fluctuate according to the "cumulative purchase amount" as with regular members.
The "free shipping for subscription products" benefit will continue to be available.
