About subscription purchases

• The subscription is automatically renewed after the second subscription, and can be changed, suspended or cancelled at any time.

• There are no restrictions on the number of subscription periods. You can cancel your subscription via My Page, by phone or email.

• Please note that changes or cancellations must be made at least one week before the next scheduled delivery date.

• If the application is made after 12 noon or on a holiday, the product will be shipped on the next working day at the earliest.

• Please note that the delivery cycle does not confirm the date of shipment or the delivery date.
