If your next delivery date falls between Saturday, December 27, 2025, and Monday, January 5, 2026, please note that delivery may take longer than usual.

*You can change your delivery date up to 5 days before the next scheduled delivery date through your My Account page. If you wish to change the delivery date during the holiday period, please make the arrangements as early as possible.

■Shipping Status

　*Due to reasons such as bad weather, traffic congestion, or restrictions on air cargo loading, deliveries may be delayed before and after the winter holidays.
　*If there is any missing or incorrect information in your phone number or address, shipping may be delayed for verification.
　*If you order multiple products at once, all products will be shipped once they are all available.
　*For some remote islands and areas, preferred dates and times may not be accommodated.
　*Please note that if there is a large volume of orders and inquiries, it may take longer than usual to respond after the holidays.
　*Please be aware that depending on the content of the inquiry, even if received within the year, the response may be given after the holidays.


[Regarding Bank Transfers]
　*If you select bank transfer, product shipment will be arranged after we confirm your payment.
　　Please make the transfer using 'your name as the orderer'.
　*If we are unable to confirm your "bank transfer" payment by 10:00 AM on Friday, December 26, 2025,
　　shipping arrangements will be made sequentially from Monday, January 5, 2026, as soon as payment is confirmed.
